Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Barcelona SC Shop. We strive to provide quality items exclusively for our enrolled players and supporters. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Exchanges & Returns

• Non-Returnable Policy: We do not accept returns, as items are exclusively sold to Barcelona SC Shop members and enrolled players. Exceptions will only be made for items with factory defects, in which case we will offer a replacement.

• Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at Apparel@barcelonasc.us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an in-person appointment. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains to qualify for a size exchange.

• Exclusions: Customized items, such as playing sets with personalized numbers and names, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Special Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Fee: Special order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. A non-refundable fee of 4% will be deducted from the refund to cover credit card processing fees.
